Our studio is located in our store Vestingstraat 42, Antwerp and is free to visit.
Ordering Process & Delivery
Our jewelry is always custom made. Because of this we have a delivery time of 1-4 weeks. If you want to know the estimated delivery time of the piece you want, please contact us directly.
You can pick up your jewel in one of our stores or we can have it delivered to you free of charge and insured. Jewelry over €2,500 is always delivered by direct courier in Belgium.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Van der Veken jewel enjoys a lifetime warranty on the jewel. We will gladly repair any damage caused by normal use free of charge. We are also happy to provide an annual inspection of your piece. This keeps your jewel in top condition. For more information click here.

J.M.C. Van der Veken is a Belgian jewelry house, founded by Joseph Van der Veken in 1952. We are one of the last artisan jewelry workshops in the world.
Our specialty is Haute Joaillerie.
Everything is made entirely by hand, without recourse to casting or any other form of mass production. This allows the jewelry to have a much finer finish and a much stronger structure, making it much more resistant to wear and other damage.

The Antwerp's Most Brilliant quality label is awarded by the city of Antwerp and umbrella organization AWDC to Antwerp jewelers who meet strict quality standards around sustainability, safety, reliability, transparency and service. The label must be renewed every two years through a double audit by Kiwa and the FPS Economy.
